In the very center of things

In the center of the flower

lies a sequence of events,

a sequence

that was found

by a man

named Fibonacci.

It is said that in

the late 1100’s

he captured Indian numbers

and spent his life

finding rhythms and patterns in them.

Of course

we know that

the bee cares naught about

and even less

about a man named Fibonacci.

    1. Oh yes, I’m sure it would. It is very happy with the way the spirals work, it just doesn’t really care about the guy who figured out the mathematical formula! I’m guessing that it is quite easy for a bee (or other pollinator) to follow the tracks of the spiral.

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
